Do Not Take it Personal

A personal agreement with ones self. Which holds the content of not taking the actions of others personal. Whether it be verbal or behavioral. This personal contract is paramount in insulting a better, calmer more nurturing environment inside the walls of the mind.

It is very easy to be mad at that guy who cut you off on the highway. It can be crippling to hear someone you respect & value. To say something negative about you or a dream of yours. As we rationalize why this is. That guy that cut you off could have killed you. That valuable person could be looking out for the best interest and has proved that over time. Fair enough.

A paradigm shift is to take place if accomplishing peace of mind is the goal. Look with in, have you ever cut somebody off or nudged somebody in a different direction because the uncertainty or risk was uncomfortable to you? What was your reasoning for that behavior? When we honestly look at ourselves for behaving in unfavorable ways to others. It is typically because of our life experiences. Childhood trauma, failures, parenting style and every ingredient that creates an individual’s perception of life. If how we behave is a culmination of experience many of which, happen to be out of our control. Ultimately, nobody is above this formula to life that randomness is a building block to who we are. And so be cautious to how & why you behave in an attempt to understand the process of which others uncontrollably operate under as well.

And so, there is this element that captures free will out of our possession. Look, free will when broken down in a infinite series of annoying why questions we get to an I do not know. For example, the reader could not begin to truly explain to me why they like their favorite morning beverage. I mean sure, the eloquent writers of the world might write up this terrific explanation. However, I must point out that the experience through taste and smell are involuntary actions and reactions of chemicals in the brain. If that’s the case then how much free will does any given individual really have?.

First, we had to understand the similarities of life phenomena. Thereafter, discovery of importance & application. Society benefits the more well off everyone is. The mental health of individuals is vital to the functionality of one unit. Not taking the behaviors of others is vital in mitigating renting an anti functionality thought process. Simply, the mind is not optimal if energy expenditure is not optimal. Getting twisted & frustrated over others takes away from the sum total mental energy we have daily. If we can not function optimally. Our society will not function optimally.

In conclusion, it is imperative to take care of ourselves mentally & physically. Much is lost by ingesting the toxic vibrations of others. Much like physical self defense. It might be advantageous to learn mental self defense. The parameters of mental self defense in regards to the behaviors of others. Do not take it personal. What others say & do to you. Has to do with their life experiences & how they feel. The recipients unfortunately are the projection canvas. And therefore, because we can not control the actions of others. A key component in making our happiness paramount is controlling how we digest our perceptions of others actions.
